Due to the scale of the festival, this means transport to the event by car can provide the city with traffic problems. Please note there is no parking at De Montfort hall and the traffic plan will not allow stopping at the venue main gate so please observe the following:-

• We urge anyone travelling by car to use car sharing to the maximum
• Use only NCP car parks in the city and do not try to park in the roads near the venue
• There will be a designated drop off point on university road for coaches and senior citizens
• Please use public transport and walk to the venue if at all possible

Leicester's train station is on the Midland Mainline, just over an hour from London. The station is on London Road (A6) and is only a 10 minute walk away from the Hall.
