Are you interested in becoming a stall holder at Village India & Experience Gujarat festival 2009? It is sure to be an exciting well attended event as is set to be the biggest inter cultural event of its type in Europe with an expected audience in the region of 30,000 people. There are 52 concerts across three stages during the weekend encompassing the whole of De Montfort Hall and gardens which is already famous for its outdoor festivals the Summer Sundae Weekender and Big Session.

Village India & Experience Gujarat will be an extremely colourful and vibrant event with large numbers of people attending and we want to see how your services can fit into our model for success at the festival.

We have received excellent feedback about our plans and designs for the event and additional food and market stalls will help create the vibrant atmosphere of the festival. We’re looking for great quality, originality and more vibrant colourful stalls.
A big part of this event will be the excellent presentation of stalls and we have also made specially designed and beautifully decorated individual marquees for a number of areas. The marquees have flooring, power and light too, so set up will be simplicity itself. You will have a fantastic space within which to work and it will be in keeping with the flavour and ambience of the festival! These marquees are limited to seventeen and we are inviting applications for these right now. Interest is high so apply early to get them.

There are also a variety of other spaces within the village environment for a wide range of stalls, covering food and other market place traders so get in touch with your ideas and put in an application.
